This course will provide you with ideas and strategies to set up bespoke interventions to develop children’s fluency in the use of vocabulary and grammatical structures. We will consider how, by focusing on children’s oracy in English, their literacy skills will also develop. We will especially consider how to warm up and consolidate key concepts in order to support access to a broad and balanced curriculum.
