I retired in April 2020 after 17 years as a Headteacher serving four different schools across two LAs. During this career, I gained excellent experience of rapid school improvement, most notably leading my last school from special measures to good in just 14 months. I enjoy supporting and coaching school leaders to help them improve and develop in their role.
