I have been a music coordinator since 2016, increasing the strength of music teaching in a school in Dagenham and a federation in Greenwich.

I am now the music leader at UJS. Over the past year, I have developed a curriculum for KS1-2 which will be rolled out in the school over a phased approach. I have led INSET training, coached teaching staff and provided opportunities for staff to observe and be observed, resulting in the success of music teaching.

In 2018, I completed the Church School Leadership Course. In 2020, I completed the SLE training with Aspire Education Alliance.
