Paul has 11 years’ experience with school improvement, supporting in Primary and Secondary schools. He has substantial experience as a teacher and middle leader in Primary and Secondary schools. Paul is a Team Leader and Assessment Associate with Pearson Education and has strategic leadership experience in Teacher Training, as a Teaching School Alliance Associate and as a Teaching School Director.
