I have been teaching for 13 years and am in my 6th year at Scotts Primary. I achieved my NASENCo accreditation four years ago and have been the SENCo at Scotts for 5 years. I have worked hard to update the monitoring systems and to introduce new intervention programmes to suit the diverse needs of the children. I work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure that their children are making the best possible progress.

In my role as AHT I have responsibility for EYFS and KS1. As part of SLT I monitor the progress and attainment of children and support staff with assessment, teaching and learning. I coach staff and aim to support them in any element of their teaching career.
