As the Principal of a newly-built school I have been involved in the management and collaboration of building requirements, design, procurement and creative design.

I am passionate about leadership for innovation and research-based practice and have experience which spans Primary and Secondary schools. Through different leadership roles in my career, I have been able to demonstrate how excellence can be achieved through systemic change and strategic leadership.

As a mentor I hope that I would be able to offer a listening ear, some experience of learning across Key Stages and the many practical elements of leadership at its best and at its most challenging.
