| -Began teaching in 2011 after completing BA Primary Education. Joined first Senior Leadership Team in third year of teaching. Completed MA and NPQH. -Worked as a Senior Leader in three different schools across two London boroughs. Supported schools in challenging circumstances and through change management processes, including working in two ‘Requires Improvement’ Schools, both of which moved to Good. Been part of Ofsted inspections as a teacher, Senior Leader and Head Teacher. -Co-Chair of Governors at two primary schools. Substantial experience working with Governing Bodies. -Head Teacher since April 2019 in a 3 form entry primary school with Nursery. -Facilitator on NPQH program. -Passionate about supporting Headteacher and other colleagues by being a listening ear and sharing my journey and experiences. |
