I have been teaching for 25 years and have been a SENCO for 10 years.

Prior to becoming SENCO I worked as a mathematics teacher but always had an interest in special needs.

In my current role I am also the designated teacher for looked after children.

I completed the Senco accreditation a few years ago and also completed the certificate in psychological testing, meaning that I am also an assessor for access arrangements in my school.
