I have been in the role of Maths Lead in my current school for over five years, developing and implementing the curriculum, ensuring that challenge and mastery is evident throughout the key stages. During this time, I have worked closely with the Local authority to provide CPD to other Maths coordinators by presenting alongside colleagues at Subject leader meetings, demonstrating lessons, holding staff cluster sessions and inset training for schools who are developing mastery within Maths. In the last 12 months, I have worked closely with the NTA panel to produce and analyse Key Stage Two Maths questions for the 2018 SATS.
