Turning a school round from low expectations and aspirations, building a team of hard working loyal and confident teams. Reviewing structures and implementing change at both a fast and steady pace. Research and professional knowledge driven systems. Having had many difficult conversations over the three schools I have led I am aware of the need for intrinsic values to be embedded and recognised.

Reassembled school, expanded from 1.5 to 2 FE, improved inclusion with Centre of Excellence mark, Geography Mark, Science Mark etc. Now working as Executive Head at Towers Infant and Junior Schools.

Support many new heads informally and other colleagues around assessment and inclusive practice alongside management and leadership roles in general.
