I have worked at Clockhouse for 15 years, having worked at Mead Primary previously. I have taught from EYFS to Year 6 and have led all core subjects as well as Early Years, Computing and Assessment. I became Headteacher in 2013. Within 6 months we had Ofsted and the school Required Improvement. Two years later we were Good. During my time as Headteacher the school has changed hugely and outcomes have improved. We have restructured different staff teams and worked to change the culture of the school considerably through increased engagement of all stakeholders.

Recently we worked with the Local Authority to open an ASD unit for children across the Local Authority.
