I have been teaching for 6 years at Crowlands Primary School and during that time I have taught across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. I have also successfully undertaken the role of a Curriculum Team Leader for two years. During that time I worked alongside the Creative and Global Team Leads in establishing the Creative Curriculum at Crowlands Primary School. In this role, I supported and guided teachers in planning and delivering an excellent curriculum which is creative and inclusive for all children.

As part of my role, I have conducted learning walks, book looks, led group meetings, assisted individual teachers and also delivered inset days. I have also enjoyed the role of the Writing Lead and working closely in collaboration with the Reading Lead for the past three years.

I am currently the Key Stage 2 Assistant Headteacher and have been in this role for the past two years. Within this role I am able to support staff through our Coaching and Mentoring Programme which focuses on working alongside colleagues through a range of targets and supporting with planning, team teaching, behaviour management strategies and assessment.
