"Currently in my eleventh year of teaching, I have worked across Key Stage 2 in 3 different schools.

Since joining Benhurst in 2014, I have taught in Year 6, whilst carrying out my KS2 Assistant Head and, more recently, Deputy Head role.

My leadership role has involved the implementation of an online assessment system leading to meaningful changes to our assessment cycle, the introduction of the mastery approach to Maths teaching (Maths No Problem) and the identification of barriers to learning for our disadvantaged pupils. I have also worked with pupils across the school to introduce the restorative justice approach.
