I have been an Executive Headteacher for 2 years and prior to this a Headteacher for 5 years. I have a wealth of experience in school improvement and raising aspirations for our pupils. Both our schools have been on significant journeys of improvement and both serve disadvantaged communities which face significant difficulties. We are proud of what we can offer our pupils and we put their needs at the centre of all of our decision making! I have previously mentored Headteachers new to the role in Havering.
