My work has focused on areas of social disadvantage which has led to me founding Olive Academies having led mainstream and AP schools in the South-East. I am passionate about the impact that school leaders can have on young people and their communities. I enjoy working with individual Head teachers and school leaders in all types of schools. I currently also support mainstream and AP Head teachers in Ealing and Camden with their challenges.

I have also worked as a school inspector. I also have an MA in Education, the NPQH and the Professional Qualification for School Inspectors.
