I have over 25 years of teaching experience both in Jamaica and the UK in the primary and secondary phase of education.

I have been a Head of Faculty, Initial Teacher Coordinator, NQT mentor/coach, Senior Moderator and Non-Examination Assessment Adviser for a major examination board in the UK.

I am a proud holder of an MA in Leadership and Management of Learning, BEd (First Class Honours) from Institute of Education and a final year EdD student at Canterbury Christ Church University.

Currently, I am Head of Food and Textiles at Harris Academy Rainham.

In my spare time, I network with teachers (locally and internationally) and mentor students.
