Leadership of Finance, Payroll, IT, Student Records, Strategic Property and Estates functions for the Havering GFE and Sixth Form Colleges consisting of four sites (Ardleigh Green, Quarles, Rainham and Wingletye Lane). With effect from 1^st August 2019 the Havering Colleges will become part of New City College which will be one of the largest colleges in the country with campuses in Epping, Hackney, Havering, Poplar, Redbridge and Tower Hamlets. (This reflects a national programme of area based reviews of the further education sector which is aiming for structural change with fewer, more specialised and more sustainable colleges)
