During my first 6 years teaching in Thurrock I taught in both the foundation stage and KS1 as early years and literacy subject leader. Working with the Borough I was also a CLLD lead teacher, Early Years Advisor/Children’s Centre Teacher (seconded for 1½ days per week) and moderator for both early years and KS1. I have worked in Havering now for 7 years as a class teacher in a reception class. My other roles include Assistant Head duties and also early years and literacy subject leader.
