I am very passionate about my role as a teacher and mentor. Furthermore, I do feel strongly about giving children a wide range of learning experiences and every opportunity so that they can achieve their potential and thrive within their own abilities.

In my role, I have been able to support and guide teachers in planning and delivering an excellent curriculum which is creative and inclusive for all children. As part of my role, I have conducted learning walks, book looks, led group meetings, assisted individual teachers, delivered inset days, given feedback to teachers about positives or things which needed more work/show consistency across the school, and so on.

Before this role, I have been the EAL co-ordinator for the school which has benefited further my leadership role.
