- I have led assessment and exams at Hall Mead and also across our MAT.

- I lead IAG at Hall Mead and across our MAT having been a major voice of the Havering 14 – 19 Strategy group.

- I have experience of line managing Maths, Computing, DT and MFL – creating an enormous improvement in our MFL results last year.

- I run year 11 interventions and mentoring, our work with More Able (am championing the use of PiXL’s Thinking Hard strategy).

- I run our innovative foreign exchange programmes.

- I have been a Head and second in Maths, Head of IT and Assistant Head.
